Our ZapVin solution

• Your Head office is connected to Internet, using an ISP, with a static IP address.

• Your branches, ware houses, depots etc have only dialup connection to Internet.

• ZapVin can be configured to transfer Files/Data between 

  • Branches to Head Office and vice versa

  • Between branches

• File Transfers from Branches to Head Office and vice versa

  • ZapVin can schedule or immediate dial (as soon as the file is available via Auto PickUp) to the internet. Then it transfers the files to the Head Office using the static IP address.

  • Any files in queue at the Head Office, will be transferred to the respective branches, when they dial in.

• File Transfers between branches

  • Since Head office has a static IP address, ZapVin at the Head Office can act as a 'Hand Shaking Server' to keep track of the dynamic IP address assigned to branches when they connect and allow File Transfers between branches.

  • ZapVin at Branches can be scheduled to dial at predetermined time.

• Complete Statistical data of the files transferred is available.

ZapVin allows  AUTOMATIC  & UNATTENDED Files Transfer between Head Office and Branches, using Internet as the backbone.

System Requirement:

• Pentium III with 128 MB RAM and above. 

• Hard Disk space requirement 1 MB.

• Operating System - Windows NT, Windows 2000 (Professional version will do)
